Sports Massage is a form of massage involving manipulation of soft tissue to benefit a personal engaged in regular physical activity. This application of sports massage, prior to and after exercise, may enhance performance, aid recovery and prevent injury.
Tuina literally means "pinch & pull" refers to a wide range of Traditional Chinese medicine therapeutic massage & body work. Tuina is not generally used for pleasure & relaxation but rather as a treatment to address specific patterns of disharmony.
