Wednesday's 6-7pm

Limited to 10 people. 

In a world full of 'aerobic based' running classes, these classes are 'anaerobic', with distances ranging from 50m-350m with a varied recovery range to help you with the demands of this type of training.

Add another dimension to your training routine with these group sprint classes. Whether your looking to fuel your fat burning furnace or simply improve your 5k, 10k time.
